IBM is where my professional story began: First in second-level support and Java development for the WebSphere product family in Munich, then as BPM consultant delivering end-to-end process solutions across the DACH region.
What I did
- Second-level support for the IBM WebSphere product family, supporting customers worldwide.
- Co-founded and developed an internal Eclipse RCP application.
- Administered the European data center environment.
- End-to-end BPM solutions for automotive, banking, and public sector clients.
- Team lead for implementation, integration, and process optimization.
